1,000 sq. ft., sleeps 8 - 9, three bedroom with a queen in each bedroom. One bedroom also has a single bed which is ideal for kids. futon in the living room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one is located in one of the bedrooms and has a tub shower).
