Seasons
Prime Summer: July 4 to Aug. 18 and Holiday, Memorial, and Labor Day Weekends.
Early / Late Summer: June 14 to July 4 and Aug. 18 to Aug. 29.
Late Spring / Early Fall: May 31 to June 14 and Sept. 2 to Sept. 27.
Early Spring / Late Fall: Before May 31, and after Sept. 27.

Special rates are not offered automatically. In order to receive any special rate, the special must be offered and the special must be requested at the time the reservation is made and special must be stated on the guest’s conformation form.

Deposits and Refunds
Reserving a unit requires a deposit and the signing of a rental agreement.
Cash, checks and Credit Cards accepted.
All deposits include a non-refundable cancellation fee.
Prime and Holiday - $200/night dep. $40/night non refundable
Early and Late Summer - $150/night dep. $35/night non refundable
Late Spring and Early Fall - $100/night dep. $25/night non refundable
Early Spring and Late Fall - $50/night dep. $20/night non refundable
No deposit refunds on cancellations made less than two (2) months prior to arrival unless full reserved time is rented by another party.
Late arrivals and/or early departures must pay for full reserved time.
Please read rental agreement concerning smoke related cancellations.
Moorage – Prime Summer and Early Late summer. $25 per night slip. $20 per night outside dock. $15 for buoy. Spring and Fall Moorage - $10 per night
(All moorage includes trailer storage and launching)

Kids age three and under free if you supply bedding.
