Prime Summer and Holiday Rates
July 10 to Aug. 30 and Holiday weekends
Some reservations during the Prime season may require a minimum reservation stay of 3 to 7 days.
Children aged three years and under stay for free if you supply bedding.

Please Be Aware:
- Rates are subject to change. If a rate does change, existing reservations will not be affected.
- Cash or checks accepted (Sorry, we do not accept credit cards).
- Check-in time is 4:00pm. We will do our best to have the units ready for you by the stated check in time. If the units are left in poor condition by the previous guests, please be understanding as this may place unexpected demands on our cleaning staff.
- Check out time is 11:00am sharp, unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. Our cleaning staff must be allowed enough time to prepare the units for the next guests.
- NO PETS ALLOWED. We are sorry but we do not allow pets in any units. See our Links page if you'll require local pet boarding services.
- All units are non-smoking units. Smoking is allowed outside on the decks. Please be respectful of other tenants if you smoke.
- All guests will be required to sign and return a rental agreement. Failure to sign and return a rental agreement does not void the rental agreement. By making a reservation, you are bound by the rental agreement whether it is signed and returned or not.
- Watson's Resort is a low-key family resort. Watson's Resort is not a party resort. Disturbance of other guests will not be tolerated. All guests shall be held responsible for any damage they may do to resort facilities.
