Nearing the end of summer.

We would like to thank all our guests and tenants for another great summer at Watson's Resort. We are so very lucky to be able to attract the kind of guests and tenants that we have.

There are still four units for sale and some of these owners may be ready to deal so if you are interested in becoming part of the Watson's Resort family, now may be a very good time to buy. These units range in price from about $20,000 to $150,000. Leases would run only about $4,000 to $5,500 per season for six months of full time use with optional limited off season use.
