Last Minute Waiting List Special - This special is offered to those of you have who have a flexible schedule and is offered during Watson’s Resort “Prime Season” and “Early/Late Summer Season”. All you have to do is call Watson’s Resort toll free at 1(800) 697-3720 and ask to be placed on the Last Minute Waiting List. If we have a last minute cancellation or if we do not fill a unit, we will contact you and offer you a special rate. Rates may very depending on the number of nights, units, etc. being offered.
Memorial Weekend Family Special - Mention this special when you make your reservation and kids 16 years old and under stay free. Discount Base Rates may be applied.

Our cleaning staff must be allowed enough time to get the units cleaned and ready for the next guest.
Check-in time is 3:30pm. We will do our best to have the units ready for you by the stated check in time.
Please understand that rooms left in poor condition cause more work for our cleaning staff.
